Contract & Copy Requirements

1. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any ads that conflict with the philosophy of the magazine.
2. All insertions are subject to rebates or short rate as are applicable with regard to frequency discounts.
3. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume full liability for all contents of advertisements printed as well as any claims arising from said advertisements.
4. All four-color material should be accompanied by match prints and/or progressive proofs.
5. Extra production costs when incurred will be billed at cost plus handling charge and are not applicable for agency discount.
6. All recognized agencies will receive a 15% agency commission as well as a 2% cash discount on remittances received within 10 days of invoice date. Advertisers and advertising agencies are jointly liable. Terms: net 30 days.
7. Invoices that are not paid in 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% charge each month.
8. Cancellations will not be accepted after closing date and cover cancellations will not be accepted after a month prior to issue closing unless authorized by the publisher. The publisher reserves the right to change ad deadlines.
